arkhé and friends - Rosheen Kaul

Rosheen Kaul will be joining the arkhé team on Thursday 15th August.

Chef, cookbook author, recipe columnist and former head chef at award-winning Brunswick East restaurant, Etta. Born in Singapore and raised in Melbourne’s inner south-east, Rosheen says her cultural identity never made sense to her, until she ‘put it on a plate’. The chef’s Kashmiri, Peranakan Chinese, and Filipino heritage coupled with her Australian upbringing have culminated in her culturally diverse approach to cooking. 

Guests at Rosheen’s arkhé & friends event will be treated to a fiery feast full of the unexpected from one of the most talked-about young chefs in Australia. 

Rosheen’s arkhé & friends event will be one of the first opportunities to see what the celebrated chef’s post-Etta work will look like over a 5-course menu with paired wines and a Laphroaig cocktail on arrival.

$300 per person, inclusive of Laphroaig cocktail and wine pairing.
