Jordy Navarra is the fourth guest chef to join our team in the arkhé kitchen, this will be the first international collaboration to take place as part of the arkhé and friends series. 

Head chef and owner behind celebrated fine diner Toyo Eatery and bakery/cafe hotspot Panaderya Toyo, will be making his debut at arkhé on Thursday 11th July. Jordy consistently champions Filipino ingredients, flavours and artisans with passion and respect and pays homage to the Philippine’s bountiful culinary history; this dedication to representation and hospitality will be showcased in his arkhé & friends dinner. 

Alongside the arkhé team, Jordy’s talents will be mirrored in a 8-course menu with paired wines and a Laphroaig cocktail on arrival.
