arkhé and friends welcomes our second guest Chef, Jemma Whiteman

Jemma has been a fixture of the Sydney hospitality community for many years. Beginning her cooking career at Kylie Kwong’s original Billy Kwong, she continued making her mark across acclaimed Sydney restaurants including the likes of Berta, Three Blue Ducks, 10 William St, Lankan Filling Station and Cafe Paci. 

Eventually forming Pinbone with Mike and Berri Eggert, the trio embarked on a series of pop up restaurants with Pinbone in Woollahra, Good Luck Pinbone in Kensington and The Dirty Italian Disco. 

Jemma's current venture with partner Matt Young is the hatted restaurant, Ante, in Sydney’s bustling Newtown.

A master of combining flavours in a truly unique way, Jemma continues to effortlessly push culinary boundaries. In collaboration with the arkhé team, this will be mirrored in a 5-course menu with paired sake.
