Ben and Elvis, former colleagues turned friends, joined forces with Joe Valore to open Bodega Tapas in 2006, pioneering Sydney’s modern tapas scene and earning accolades like the Gourmet Traveller Best New Talent Award. Their next venture, Porteño and Gardel’s Bar, launched in 2010, quickly gaining acclaim and securing titles such as Best New Restaurant. Renowned for their expertise in cooking with fire, they’ve evolved Porteño into a top-ranked steak destination, solidifying their status as leaders in Sydney’s culinary landscape. Ben and Elvis join us in April to launch arkhé & Friends.
Ben and Elvis, alongside the arkhé team will showcase a 5-course menu cooked over fire, with a perfectly curated beverage menu by Laphroaig and the arkhé bar team.
