Join us for an exclusive celebration of our partnership with Mayura Station. Experience the pinnacle of Australian beef at our four-course wagyu dinner curated by arkhé Executive Chef and owner, Jake Kellie along with Mark Wright, Head Chef, Mayura Station Tasting Room.

Mayura Station, nestled in the Limestone Coast of South Australia and established in 1845, is renowned globally for its exceptional wagyu beef. Specialising in Japanese Wagyu since the early 1990s, Mayura Station has perfected the art of breeding and raising cattle, resulting in beef of unparalleled quality and exquisite flavour.
